Dramaturg/Co-Director/Performer: Kai Corrigan
Kai Corrigan (he/they) is a trans and queer educator, theatre maker, performer, interdisciplinary artist, and puppeteer based out of Montréal with roots in Ottawa. He is currently finishing his BFA in Performance Creation at Concordia University, while working as an after school program educator and theatre summer camp counsellor. Through their artistic work they attempt to ask questions about things that matter, love the things worth living for, and to fight for the things worth fighting for - often through themes of mundanity, humanity, collective care, and revolution. Currently he is “the puppet guy” and co-director of Scraps coming to the Montreal Fringe Festival this June; and behind the scenes he is frantically writing several drafts of more than 1 play.
